Yoga at Scotts Hill Baptist Church. Stretch and pray. Stretching the body and relaxing the mind. Class will begin at 6:30 - 7:30 pm every Tuesday night at the Cross Point Center. Please do come 15 early to set up your mat. Mats are provided, but it is encouraged to bring your own.
